مع ترجمة الجواب بالعربية

وعلى عهد الرئيس الراحل صدام حسين سائرون من اجل الحرية
جاءت
امريكا ومن تحالف معها من قوى
الاستعمار تحت مخطط استعماري
عنصري يشمل تدمير العراق وتاريخه
ونهب ثرواته التاريخية
والاقتصادية وقتل وتشريد الشعب
العراقي بالكامل وتمزيق وحدة الصف
العراقي الى مجموعات طائفية
وعرقية تتقاتل فيما بينها وكل ذلك
يصب في مصلحة المستعمر وكان
الاستعمار الامريكي جاء تحت ذرائع
كاذبة صاغها لنفسة ليجعلها بوابة
احتلال وتدمير العراق بكل مفاصله
الحياتية .ورفضت امريكا كل
مبادرات السلام الدولي ورفضت كل
مبادرات واحتجاجات شعوب العالم
قبل الحرب والتي انطلقت في كل
بلدان العالم الرافضه للحرب
والداعية للسلام والتي اشرفت
عليها الاحزاب والقوى الرافضه
للحرب والداعية للسلام بين الشعوب
في العالم .
ونحن كسياسيين عراقيين ومن كل
شرائح المجتمع العراقي كنا ندرك
مدى خطورة هذه الجريمة الارهابية
البشعة وهذه الحقيقة وهذا المخطط
منذ عام 1972 عندما قامت الحكومة
العراقية بتاميم ثروات العراق
الاقتصاديه والنفطية وكانت
الحكومة العراقية تدرك مدى خطورة
التامر على العراق منذ ذلك
التاريخ من خلال قيادة التامر
الدولي الاستعماري والذي خططت له
دول الحلف الاستعماري وقادته
امريكا وبريطانيا وبالتعاون مع
بعض الدول ومع الاسف لاستخدامهم
المبدأ الديمقراطي الذي يخدعون به
الشعوب وكذلك بالتعاون المطلق مع
بعض دول المحور الاقليمي .
كان
بوش ومعه كل المجرمون الذين
ارتكبوا اكبر جريمة عرفها التاريخ
البشري الحديث باحتلال العراق
والذي يعتبر من اغنى واهم الدول
في العالم من الجانب التاريخي
والاقتصادي واستخدموا كل انواع
الاجرام والارهاب والتي مورست
بابشع طرقها ضد الشعب العراقي
المسالم ..مما حولوه الى نموذجا
للاجرام والارهاب الدولي ونموذجا
للقتل الجماعي والتشريد والنهب
والفساد وقتل الابرياء والشرفاء
والوطنيين بدون استثناء واعتقال
كل من يعارض الاحتلال وما ترتب
على الاحتلال ومن خلال قواتهم
الاجرامية الارهابية وكل من تعاون
معها من الميلشيات الاجرامية
والقادمة من ايران ومن تدربت تحت
الموافقة الامريكية في دول اوربا
الشرقية.
نحن
الان في السنة السابعة من
الاحتلال الغير الشرعي الارهابي
ومازال العراق ينزف دما وشردت
الملايين وقتل الملايين تحت اكبر
محرقة عرفها التاريخ وكل ذلك يحدث
امام الصمت العالمي بكل مؤسساته
الدستورية التي تدعي الديمقراطية
والذي يسري بسرعة امام تحقيق
السلام العالمي والمحبة بين
الشعوب ...وامام كل ذلك قام بوش
المجرم ومن تحالف معه بتدمير اقدم
حضارة عرفها الانسان واعاد العراق
الى ماقبل الثورة الصناعية ..بعد
ان وصل العراق بالنهضه الصناعية
والعلمية وبكافة المجالات الى
موازات الدول المتقدمة .
نحن
العراقيين المناهضين للاحتلال
وكذلك للعملية السياسية الفاشلة
في العراق لانها بنيت على باطل
وخارج العدالة الدولية وتحت
الاحتلال الارهابي للعراق ..نطرح
سؤالا على كل القوى المناهضة
للاحتلال والرافضة للتعامل
الامريكي الارهابي الذي يؤدي بقتل
الشعوب الحرة في عصر تقدم السلام
العالمي .ونحن المتواجدون هنا في
هولندا والقادمين بعد احتلال
العراق والمؤيدين لتوجهات القوى
الوطنية العراقية المؤسسة للجبهة
الوطنية والقومية الاسلامية وهي
الجناح السياسي الشرعي والتي تسعى
الى تحرير العراق وشعب العراق من
كل اشكال الاحتلال البغيض ..ونحن
الرافضين للعملية السياسية التي
اتى بها الاحتلال على دباباته
ومازالت هذه العملية التي تدفع
بالعراق الى الهاوية والتدمير
والقتل والتشريد ومازالت تسلط
سكاكينها على رقاب العراقيين في
كل مكان .

خلال ماتقدم نطرح سؤالا ..اين
العدالة الانسانية والدولية ؟
اين
القانون الدولي الذي يحمي الشعوب
الحرة والمستقلة ؟
اين
الاحزاب والمنظمات والشخصيات التي
تعمل من اجل السلام في العالم
اين
منظمات حقوق الانسان الدولية من
هؤلاء المجرمون ؟
نحن
عراقيون احرار نعيش اليوم في
هولندا بعد ان قدمنا اليها بعد
الاحتلال ونعيش الان في هذا البلد
الديمقراطي ..نسعى جاهدين للاتصال
بكل القوى والاحزاب والتيارات
والشخصيات المناهضة للاحتلال
والرافضة للحرب ..ويكون مسعاها
للسلام في العالم والحرية للشعوب
...اننا شعب يحب السلام ويكره
الظلم ويكره الاحتلال وتعلمنا في
ثقافتنا الوطنية ( اننا لن
نكره الشعوب ) وكوننا رافضين
للاحتلال والعملية السياسية التي
جاء بها المحتل مع جواسيسه
وعملائه والتي بنيت على اساس
التفرقة بين فئات الشعب الواحد
ولايماننا المطلق بضرورة تحرير
العراق وندعم سياسيا ومعنويا
المقاومة العراقية وهي الحق
الشرعي للشعوب التي تقع تحت
الاحتلال واننا نبقى تحت الدعم
السياسي والشعبي والمعنوي حتى يتم
تحرير العراق واعادة السيادة
الكاملة للعراق ..ونحن مؤمنون
ايمانا كاملا ببرنامج الجبهة
الوطنية والقومية الاسلامية التي
تسعى للوصول الى تحرير العراق .
ومن
اهم الثوابت في برنامج التحرير
والاستقلال
المفاوضات ، وتقتضي من المحتل
وحلفاءه القبول بكافة الحقوق
الوطنية لشعب العراق العظيم و
ثوابت التحرير، والتي تمثل إرادة
شعب العراق ومصالحه الوطنية
العليا وهي :
1. الانسحاب الكامل من كل العراق
أرضا وسماءا ومياه، و بدون قيد او
شرط.
2. إطلاق سراح جميع الأسرى
والمعتقلين والمسجونين وبدون
استثناء ، واعتبار المحاكمات
الجارية بحق العراقيين باطلة وغير
قانونية وغير شرعية ، وإلغاء كل
ما يترتب عليها من إجراءات ،
لأنها جاءت في ظل احتلال باطل ،
وما قام على باطل فهو باطل ..
وكذلك الاعتراف بشرعية كافة
مؤسسات الدولة الحكومية وغير
الحكومية وكافة القوانين والأعراف
التي كانت قائمة قبل الاحتلال
البغيض.
3. إلغاء العملية السياسية
الجارية في ظل الاحتلال ، وكذلك
إلغاء كافة القرارات والقوانين
والإجراءات السياسية والاقتصادية
التي اتخذت خلافا للقوانين
والأعراف الدولية ..التي تقضي
باستمرار العمل في قوانين الدولة
المحتلة .. والنافدة حين وقوع
عملية الاحتلال، ولا يجوز طبقا
للقانون الدولي أن يصدر المحتل أي
من القوانين والقرارات لتحقيق
مصالحه أو مصالح عملاءه.
4- إعادة الجيش العراقي والقوات
المسلحة الوطنية الأخرى إلى
الخدمة وفق قوانينها وأنظمتها
وتقاليدها النافذة قبل عملية
الاحتلال ...
وكذلك إلغاء قانون اجتثاث البعث
والاعتراف بدوره الوطني والقومي
والإنساني في قيادة وبناء العراق
، كحركة سياسية وفكرية واجتماعية
ذات رسالة إنسانية عظيمة ..
والتوقف عن القيام بالمداهمات
والملاحقات والاعتقالات لمناضلي
الحزب والمجاهدين من مختلف
الفصائل .
5. التعهد بالتعويض الكامل لكل
خسائر العراق منذ عام 1990 ولحد
الآن ماديا ومعنويا، أفرادا
ومؤسسات، وذلك من خلال صندوق يتم
تمويله من قبل الدول المحتلة
للعراق وفي مقدمتها أمريكا
وبريطانيا وبقية الدول المساهمة
والمؤيدة والتي سهلت الاحتلال..
بعد جرد الخسائر المادية الكبيرة
التي تعرضت لها الدولة العراقية
بسبب التدمير والنهب المنظم وسرقة
الاموال والمصانع والبنوك والآثار
وغيرها ... ومن خلال لجان قانونية
عراقية متخصصة وأخرى من دول
محايدة يتم تسميتها من قبل قيادة
المقاومة العراقية.. ويدار
الصندوق من قبل حكومة وطنية يتم
تشكيلها من قبل المقاومة ومن ثم
منتخبة من قبل الشعب.
6. إلغاء كافة القرارات الدولية
الجائرة التي صدرت ضد العراق من
عام 1990 وحتى الآن .
7. تسليم العملاء والجواسيس
والخونة ممن ارتكبوا جريمة
الخيانة العظمى بحق الشعب والوطن
لمحاكمتهم قانونا لينالوا جزاءهم
العادل، بسبب تعاونهم مع المحتل
في تدمير العراق وقتل شعبه ونهب
ثرواته الوطنية وانتهاك مقدساته.
أمــا ماأنجزهُ ألإحتــلال لحـد
ألآن هو:
1. تـدمير مؤسسة الجيش العراقي
الوطني وإلغاء القدرة الدفاعية
العراقية وفق ستراتيجية وطنية أو
قومية.
2. تدمير أسلحة الجيش العراقي
البحرية والبرية والجوية، وبيعها
كخردة للدول المجاورة (إيران
وألأردن).
3. قتل حوالي مليون ونصف مليون
عِراقي.
4. تدمير البُنى التحتية للإقتصاد
العِراقي.
5. تدمير البُنى التحتية للمجتمع
العِراقي بزرع أسس الاحتراب
الطائفي وألأثني.
6. تدمير البُنى التحتية للصناعة
العراقية.
7. تدمير مستقبل ألأجيــال
العراقية القادمة من خلال تدمير
البُنى التحتية لمؤسسات التربية
والتعليم العالي.
8. تدمير أقدم وأكمل وأثمن سجل
للتأريخ الانساني في العالم من
خلال تدمير ونهب المتحف الوطني
والمواقع التأريخية في مختلف
أنحاء العراق.
9. تدمير النفسية العراقية من
خلال عمليات القتل والترويع بأبشع
الصور.
10. ألأعتــداء على النساء
العراقيات بالتعذيب والاغتصاب
والقتل .
11. تعريض مستقبل الاجيال القادمة
للخطر من خلال أسلحة اليورنيوم
المنضب وألأمراض الناتجة عنه ذات
التأثيرات الجينية.
12. تعريض مستقبل الزراعة في
العراق للخطر المحدق بسبب إدخال
أمراض تدميرية للثروات العراقية
الزراعية والحيوانية.
13. تدمير البيئة العراقية من
خلال تلويث البيئة المتعمد،
وتجريد الارض من الغطاء النباتي
وقطع النخيل والأشجار في كل مدن
العراق.
14. تدمير
ألأمل بإعادة بنــاء العراق من
خلال إغتيال الكفاءات العراقية
كألأطباء والعلمــاء وأساتذة
الجامعات والشعراء والفنانين
والمهندسين والاداريين الاكفاء.
15. تدمير أسس الدولة العراقية
بحرق أبنيتها ووثائقها وتغيير
القوانين وألأنظمة بما يكرس ذلك.
16. تدمير ألأمن الوطني والقومي
في العراق من خلال توفير الغطاء
والبيئة والخدمات لعمــل أجهزة
المخابرات المعادية للعراق وللأمة
العربية، مثل أجهزة المخابرات
البريطانية والامريكية والصهيونية
والايرانية والتركية.
17. تدمير النظام الصحي في العراق
بعد ان كان افضل نظام صحي يقدم
الدعم الكامل لشعب العراق .
لذلك ومن خلال مسؤوليتنا الوطنية
والانسانية والسياسية والاخلاقية
ندعوا حكوماتكم المحتلة لبلادنا
العراق الانسحاب الفوري من العراق
والقبول بالبرنامج اعلاه وعليكم
ان تعلموا انكم خدعتوا بالاكاذيب
التي ساقوكم اليها الخونة
والجواسيس واعلموا اننا
العراقيون
كنا قد عاهدنا قائدنا الشهيد صدام
حسين اننا على عهده سائرون ولن
نتنازل عن حقوقنا في التحرير
الكامل لارض العراق .
