في حوار مع مجلة ذو ارست (الأولى) الألمانية الممثل الرسمي للبعث في العراق:

● الهجوم على كنيسة سيدة النجاة، وغيرها من الكنائس والجوامع والمساجد، إنما الهدف منه يأتي في سياق تهيئة الأرضية لفتنة دينية وطائفية لإعطاء عملية الصراع في العراق طابعاً دينياً وطائفياً وقومياً عنصرياً.

● كان النظام الوطني في العراق، نظاماً لا يفرق بين القوميات والأديان والطوائف، والانتماء الوطني هو المقياس.

● هدف نظام البعث في العراق، كان وما يزال، هو بناء دولة عصرية حضارية ديمقراطية متقدمة

أوضح الممثل الرسمي للبعث في العراق الدكتور خضير المرشدي بأن واجب المقاومة العراقية الباسلة، بل ومن أهدافها الأساسية، التصدي للاحتلال العسكري ومقاتلته ومقاومته، وكذلك إزالة مخلفاته المتمثلة بالمؤسسات والمنظومات التي أنشأها.

جاء ذلك في حوار مع السيد مانويل أوكسنرايتر من مجلة ذو ارست (الأولى) الألمانية، تناول فيه الممثل الرسمي للبعث في العراق الأهداف الرئيسية التي تقف وراء استهداف كنيسة سيدة النجاة في هذا الوقت تحديداً.. مشيراً إلى ما كان يتمتع به الشعب العراقي بكافة طوائفه من عيش رغيد وحياة حرة كريمة قبل الاحتلال.

وأكّد الدكتور خضير المرشدي تثمين قيادة البعث والمقاومة لموقف الشعب الألماني الرافض والمناهض لاحتلال العراق، وتقديرها كذلك لموقف بقية شعوب أوربا التي انطلقت في تظاهرات ضد غزو العراق واحتلاله دون وجه حق.

وفيما يأتي نص الحوار باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية:

السؤال الأول :
الأسبوع المنصرم انصدم المجتمع الدولي بخبر الهجوم على كنيسة سيدة النجاة في العاصمة العراقية بغداد، رغم أن العراق لا يزال تحت السيطرة الأمنية للقوى الأجنبية المحتلة.. كيف حدث ذلك، ومن هو المسؤول عن هذا الهجوم؟ في حين عندما كان صدام حسين رئيساً للعراق لم نسمع قط أبداً تعديات على المسيحيين، مع العلم أن الإعلام الغربي يعتبره (ديكتاتوراً متعطشاً لسفك الدماء والقتل)؟ فما الذي تغير في العراق الآن بالنسبة للمسيحيين العراقيين تحديداً؟

الجواب:
حدث استهداف كنيسة سيدة النجاة في العاصمة العراقية بغداد في ظل الفوضى العارمة والمنظمة التي خلفها الاحتلال الأمريكي للعراق، وإن الهجوم على هذه الكنيسة هو أحد حلقات السلسلة الطويلة من التفجيرات والقتل والتدمير والفساد الذي سببه الاحتلال وعمليته السياسية الفاسدة والفاشلة في العراق.

الهجوم على كنيسة سيدة النجاة تحديداً، وغيرها من الكنائس والجوامع والمساجد، إنما الهدف منه يأتي في سياق تهيئة الأرضية لفتنة دينية وطائفية لإعطاء عملية الصراع بين شعب العراق ومقاومته من جهة، والاحتلال وعمليته السياسية من جهة أخرى، طابعاً دينياً وطائفياً وقومياً عنصرياً.. في حين أن الحقيقة غير ذلك، لأن شعب العراق شعب متجانس وموحّد ومتآخي منذ آلاف السنين وبمختلف قومياته وأديانه وطوائفه.

ما جرى في الكنيسة هو من قبل ميليشيات مرتبطة بأحزاب السلطة الحاكمة في بغداد، ومدعومة من دول إقليمية وخاصة إيران و(إسرائيل)، وإن هذه العصابات قد تحركت باتجاه الهدف على الرغم من انتشار القوى الأمنية ونقاط التفتيش الواسعة الانتشار، وحصل ما حصل.. وهذا يدلل على النية والتصميم من قبل الفاعلين، وهم أحزاب السلطة ومؤسساتها، على تخويف طوائف معينة لتأييد المشروع الأمريكي والاحتماء بسلطته وتأييد منطلقاتها الإجرامية كما أثبتتها وثائق ويكيليكس الأخيرة، وجاءت هذه العملية الإجرامية في الكنيسة والتي راح ضحيتها عشرات الأبرياء من مسيحيي العراق وهو يؤدون طقوسهم الدينية، للتغطية وصرف الانتباه عن ما جاءت به هذه الوثائق من أدلة واضحة على تورط الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وإيران وسلطة المالكي في جرائم قتل وتصفيات ضد العراقيين بمختلف طوائفهم واتجاهاتهم.

هذا حصل كما قلنا سابقاً في ظل الاحتلال، وبسبب ما خلفه الاحتلال، وهو يدخل ضمن المشروع الأمريكي الصهيوني الإيراني الذي يراد تطبيقه في العراق والمنطقة، وإن ذلك لم يحصل في زمن الرئيس الشهيد صدام حسين، على الرغم من الحملة الإعلامية الضخمة والشرسة لتشويه فترة النظام الوطني قبل الاحتلال، وإظهاره على إنه نظام دموي واستبدادي، إلا أن الحقيقة هي عكس ذلك، حيث كان النظام في العراق بقيادة الرئيس الشهيد صدام حسين، نظاماً لا يفرق بين القوميات والأديان والطوائف، وكان القانون هو السائد، والانتماء الوطني هو المقياس.

حيث أن هدف نظام البعث في العراق، كان وما يزال، هو بناء دولة عصرية حضارية ديمقراطية متقدمة تقيم أفضل العلاقات مع الدول على وفق مبادئ القانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني والمصالح المتبادلة وعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية، مع حكومة مركزية تتمتع بقوة القرار المستقل لحفظ الأمن وحماية الممتلكات العامة والخاصة، مما يوفر حماية لكل أبناء الشعب العراقي ومنهم المسيحيين.

السؤال الثاني:
في نفس التوقيت تقريباً، قام متطرفون صهاينة بالاعتداء على كنيسة في القدس عاصمة فلسطين المحتلة.
أولاً، الجمهور الألماني بالذات لم يطلع على هذا الخبر حتى هذه اللحظة، لأن وسائل الإعلام الألمانية لم تشأ أن تعلمه، لذلك لم تقم بتغطية الخبر ونشره.
ما رأيكم بهذه المفارقة، أن يطلع الألمان على الهجمات في العراق من قبل ما يُسمى بـ( المتطرفين العرب والمسلمين- القاعدة )، وتحجب عنه وسائل الإعلام الألمانية أخبار هجمات وتعديّات المجموعات الصهيونية ضد السكان العرب في فلسطين المحتلة؟

الجواب:
هذه هي الازدواجية وعدم العدالة وحجب الحقائق التي يمارسها الإعلام الغربي بشكل عام تجاه قضايا العرب والمسلمين، وللأسف أن بعض وسائل الإعلام الألمانية قد انخرطت في هذه العملية التضليلية بما يتعلق فيما يجري من قتل وتدمير في فلسطين المحتلة، وكذلك في العراق وبقية الدول العربية مثل السودان واليمن والصومال وغيرها.

وبطبيعة الحال إن عملية التشويش والتشويه وحجب الحقائق تعتبر من الجرائم ضد الإنسانية وبموجب القانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني، لأن من يحجب الحقيقة عليه أن يواجه ذات الإجراءات القانونية التي يجب أن تطبق على فاعل هذه الجريمة.

السؤال الثالث:
الواقع القائم في العراق يجعل المقاومة العراقية بحالة قتال ضد عدوين، قوات الاحتلال الغربية ومعها المرتزقة العاملة في الشركات الأمنية الغربية الخاصة، والحكومة في بغداد التي تتعامل مع الاحتلال الذي يحميها بمساندة القوات المرتزقة من الشركات الأجنبية أيضاً.

فعل باعتقادكم أن هذا الشكل من الحروب المدعومة من الاحتلال تنتهي باتفاقية سلام بين الأفرقاء العراقيين من دون رواسب عميقة من الكراهية والعداء الداخلي المتبادل؟

الجواب:
احتلال العراق وتدميره لم يكن احتلالاً عسكرياً فقط، وإنما هو تدمير دولة ومجتمع لإقامة وتطبيق مشروع جديد في العراق والمنطقة، ولم تخفِ الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أهدافها من خلال هذا المشروع والذي أطلقت عليه تسمية مشروع الشرق الأوسط الجديد أو الكبير، ولهذا أنشأت منظومة قيم ومنطلقات ومؤسسات عسكرية وأمنية وسياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية وأخلاقية جديدة وغريبة عن طبيعة المجتمع العراقي وتكوينه بعد أن أزالت ودمرت دولته ومؤسساته.

لذلك فإن من واجب المقاومة العراقية الباسلة، بل ومن أهدافها الأساسية، التصدي للاحتلال العسكري ومقاتلته ومقاومته، وكذلك إزالة مخلفاته المتمثلة بالمؤسسات والمنظومات التي أنشأها، وفي ذات الوقت فإن المقاومة العراقية وحزب البعث صاحب الدور الأساسي والقيادي فيها، وضعت برنامجاً ستراتيجياً من أهم فقراته هو إنهاء الاحتلال ومخلفاته من جهة، وإطلاق عملية مصالحة وطنية شاملة وحقيقية مع عفو عام يشمل جميع من يعتذر عن جريمة العمل مع المحتل والتعاون معه، ثم العمل سوية من أجل بناء العراق الوطني الديمقراطي التعددي الحر والمستقل، وفق نظام يسوده القانون واحترام حقوق الإنسان.

السؤال الرابع:
الحكومة الألمانية الحالية تدعم سياسات الاحتلال الأمريكي في العراق، رغم أن أغلبية الشعب الألماني يقف موقفاً مناهضاً لأي شكل من أشكال الامبريالية والاستعمار ويدين حملاتها العسكرية، فكيف تقيّم المقاومة العراقية هذا الأمر؟

الجواب:
إن المقاومة العراقية بقيادة حزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي تثمن عالياً دور الشعب الألماني الحر في رفض ومناهضة العدوان على العراق واحتلاله، وهذا يعبر عن النظرة الإنسانية والموقف الأخلاقي العالي الذي يتصف به الشعب الألماني، وبالتأكيد فإن قيادة البعث والمقاومة سوف لن تنسى تلك التظاهرات التي انطلقت في ألمانيا وبقية البلدان الأوربية، والتي رفضت غزو واحتلال العراق بدون وجه حق، وإن موقف الحكومة الألمانية وبقية الحكومات الأوربية الداعم لسياسات الاحتلال الأمريكي في العراق، فإنه من وجهة نظر حزب البعث والمقاومة العراقية يعني أمرين أساسيين هما:

1- إن حكومة ألمانيا وهي حكومة ديمقراطية منتخبة يجب أن تحترم إرادة الشعب الألماني الرافض والمناهض للسياسات الأمريكية في العراق، لأن من المبادئ الأولية للتعبير عن الديمقراطية الحقة هو احترام إرادة الشعب وموقفه، وليس التصرف بالضد من هذه الإرادة وهذا الموقف، وبالتالي نستطيع القول بأن حكومة ألمانيا وبقية الحكومات في أوربا التي تدعم الموقف الأمريكي، إنما هي تتصرف بالضد من إرادة شعوبها ولا تحترم هذه الشعوب.

2- نود أن تعلم الحكومة الألمانية وبقية الحكومات الغربية أن الوضع السياسي في العراق، والذي يتعاملون معه على أساس سياسة الأمر الواقع، وعلى أساس ما يتحقق لهم من مصالح اقتصادية وتجارية، وبضغط من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية على هذه الحكومات للتعامل مع العملية السياسية وأركانها في العراق على الرغم من فشلها وفسادها وبطلانها.. نقول أن المقاومة العراقية مصممة على التمسك بخيارها الستراتيجي لتحرير العراق وإنهاء مخلفاته وما أفرزته العملية السياسية من هيمنة وتسلط واستغلال وتدمير وطائفية وإرهاب، ومن ثم إقامة النظام الوطني التعددي الديمقراطي المستقل، وبذلك فإن من مصلحة هذه الحكومات والدول الغربية، ومنها ألمانيا على وجه التحديد، أن تعترف اعترافاً رسمياً بالمقاومة العراقية كممثل شرعي لشعب العراق طبقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، والتعامل معها لأنها هي الجهة الوحيدة القادرة على قيادة العراق مستقبلاً وضمان أمنه واستقراره، وأمن المنطقة واستقرارها، والذي يؤدي إلى ضمان المصالح الستراتيجية لجميع الدول ومنها ألمانيا.

1-The attack on the church “al Najat” in the Iraqi capital Baghdad occurred whilst the atmosphere of organized total mess that the American occupation left behind after their withdrawal.
This attack is part of the long series of explosions, killings and corruption caused by the occupiers of Iraq and their rotten failing political operation in it.
The aims at attacking the “al Najat” church in particular as well as other attacks on churches, mosques and worship places come along with the preparation of the Iraqi ground for a sectarian religious internal war in the country, in order to show the struggle that’s going on between the Iraqis and their resistance from one side against the occupiers and their political operation on the other side as being a religious sectarian racist struggle, which is not the truth. Despite the various races, religions and sects existent in their society, Iraqis have been united since thousands of years, living all together in good concordance and brotherhood.
What happened in the church was realized by the armed militias linked to the political parties present in the Iraqi government in office, and supported by countries from the Middle East region, especially “ Israel ” and Iran .
These militias moved towards their criminal actions and goals nevertheless the heavy presence and control of the Iraqi security forces and their many checking points. Unfortunately, the massacre happened as described by the news. This shows us the determination and resolution of the actors of such an unfortunate event, those actors who are members in parties participating in the Iraqi government and administration and who are determined to frighten particular religious factions in order to accomplish the American plan set for Iraq- as stipulated in the Wikileaks latest released secret documents- , to ask for the continuation of the USA help and protection and to approve the American criminal intentions for the country.
This crime took place in the church; many innocent victims from the Iraqi Christians were slaughtered while effectuating their religious worshipping rites. The purpose of all this is to make people forget about the numerous clear facts and proofs that the Wikileaks secret documents revealed, especially about the USA, Iran and el Maliki administration’s responsibilities for many killings , eliminations, crimes and genocides against Iraqi civilians of different religions, sects and belongings.
As said before, the massacre that happened took place under the occupiers’ presence and because of what the occupiers’ armed forces have left behind. It is part of the American-Zionist-Iranian plan that is intended to be put in place for Iraq and the region.
Such a thing did not happen when the later president martyr Saddam Hussein was in office.
There have been huge and aggressive mass media reports presenting the former Iraqi national administration -before the American occupation- as having been a “sanguinary dictatorial” government, but the reality and the truth are completely different.
The former Iraqi political administration ruled by the later president martyr Saddam Hussein did not make any differentiations or distinctions among religions or races or nationalities, laws and order were effectively present in Iraq , the most important thing was the nationalist belonging of each to the homeland.
The goal of the Baath party governance in Iraq was and still remains the construction of a modern democratic civilized state with developed pluralism, a state that establishes the best relationships with other states, relations based on the respect of International Law and International Humanitarian Law and regulations, on mutual interests and non-inference in internal affairs, a state that provides its protection and care for all the Iraqi people composites and especially for Christians.

2- Here we see the double standards, injustice and truth-covering that the foreign media completely use when dealing with the Arab and Muslim issues.
It is unfortunate that some among the German mass media have been taking part in this process of misleading the public opinion, whether it is about the crimes and destructions going on in Occupied Palestine or about the events happening in other Arab countries such as Sudan , Yemen , Somalia , etc…
It is clear that hiding the truth and blurring facts are considered de jure as crimes against humanity with reference to International Law and International Humanitarian Law and regulations, because whoever does that has to face the same charges and legal pursuits as those carried against any acting criminal.

3- The occupation and destruction of Iraq was not only effectuated militarily. It was and is the destruction of a country, of a state and of its society, in order to open the way for establishing and putting into practice a new political plan for Iraq and the region. The USA did not hide what she expects from implementing that project entitled “The New or Big Middle East”, and for reaching her objectives, created a set of new values and actions covering various fields such as military, security, politics, economy, society and morality in Iraq . These values are outsiders and definitely strangers to the Iraqi society nature and composition even after the foreign armed occupation erased and destroyed the national Iraqi state and administration.
This is the reason why one of the major duties of the brave Iraqi Resistance is to face, resist and fight against the foreign military occupation as well as to eliminate what remains and results from this occupation, e.g. the actual administration and values the foreign occupation has created.
Accordingly, both the Iraqi Resistance and the Baath political party with their leading and essential role within the Iraqi society have set a strategic program that includes within its main points:
- Ending the foreign occupation and its negative results.
- Starting a complete truthful national reconciliation with a general comprehensive amnesty that includes all those who would apologize for their criminal participation in the political process during the foreign occupation.
- Working all together in order to build a free independent national democratic pluralist Iraq , respecting laws and Human Rights.

4- The Iraqi Resistance guided by the Arab Socialist party Baath highly respects and esteems the position of the free German people who have been refusing and struggling against the foreign aggression and occupation of Iraq . This shows the degree of deep humanity and morality in these Germans’ characteristics.
With certainty, nor the Iraqi Resistance nor the Baath leadership will not forget those manifestations of sympathy and support towards Iraq that rose from Germany and from other European countries, the people there wanted to express their refusal of the illegal aggression and military foreign occupation of the Iraqi land, even if their government either in Germany or in the other European countries were supporting the American occupation.
From the Iraqi Resistance point of view, this means two things:
First, the German government, having been democratically elected, was supposed to respect the will of the German citizens who disapprove and refuse the USA politics in Iraq, since the main principle of real democracy is to take into consideration the people’s will and desires and not to work against them.
This is the reason why we can assert that these administrations, in Germany and in other European countries supporting the USA position towards Iraq, are administrations acting against their citizens ‘will and do not respect them.
Second, we would like that the German administration as well as other foreign administrations in the world that have been dealing so far with the actual political situation in Iraq as a de facto situation, because of what these countries could get for their commercial and economical own interests and because of the important American forcing pressure on their countries , we’d like these governments to realize and understand that the actual Iraqi political process represents the corruption, failure and annihilation of the state.
We confirm that the Iraqi Resistance is attached to its strategic choice, that is to liberate Iraq and to end the foreign occupation reminiscences as well as to stop what the actual Iraqi political process has been generating, from dictatorship to domination to exploitation to destruction to sectarianism to terrorism. After which, we have the intention to establish the national independent democratic pluralist regime.
It is of the best interests of the foreign states and governments, Germany in particular, to officially recognize the Iraqi Resistance as the sole legal representative of the Iraqi people in accordance with the United Nations convention, to deal with this resistance and to welcome its representatives, since the Iraqi Resistance is the only one accredited and capable of governing Iraq in the future and guaranteeing its safety and stability as well as the safety and stability of the region, as well as preserving the strategic interests of all the countries including Germany.
